Glamorous Barbie fabrics by Riley Blake
Look what I discovered at the Fat Quarter Shop online quilting supplies store – fabulous Barbie fabrics!
I used to check Fat Quarter Shop on a weekly basis, looking for small-scale prints to add to my fabric stash to make dolls’ clothes. And then I stopped for a number of reasons:
- I’ve run out of room to store them (help!).
- The Aussie dollar conversion to USD is woeful these days.
- I find cotton quilting fabrics are often too thick to drape nicely when used to make dolls’ clothes.
But this week I had a feeling to just take a browse. And what did I find? Barbie themed fabrics by Riley Blake!!!
It’s a fabulous collection of prints in glamorous Barbie pink, black and white. I especially love the quilt panels.

The quilt panels measure 35″ by 42″.
